EquipmentThe property is furnished and equipped to cater for 6 adults this includes the bunk bed facilities, on the booking form please give us the exact number in your party, including adults and children. Domestic equipment includes washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, television with built in freeview and a dvd player, cd and radio player. If you have any special needs or requirements please let us know at the time of booking. Linen, Local Information & Welcome PackAll properties are supplied with pillows, duvets, bed linen, blankets, towels, and tea towels. In each cottage there will be leaflets and recommendations on the local area. Pets1 Small dog is welcome and details must be supplied on booking form. Your dog must not be allowed upstairs or on any furniture in any property and must be kept under strict control at all times. Please bring your own bedding and basket for your pet. CleaningAll properties are cleaned thoroughly between each let. However, as only a limited period of time is available to clean properties, it is a condition of your let that you leave the property as you found it, clean and tidy. Major breakages should be reported as soon as possible and paid for. Please also respect other occupiers in terms of levels of noise SmokingSmoking is not allowed inside any of the cottages.
