Equipment

The property is furnished and equipped to cater for 6 adults this includes the bunk bed facilities, on the booking form please give us the exact number in your party, including adults and children. Domestic equipment includes washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, television with built in freeview and a dvd player, cd and radio player. If you have any special needs or requirements please let us know at the time of booking.

Linen, Local Information & Welcome Pack

All properties are supplied with pillows, duvets, bed linen, blankets, towels, and tea towels. In each cottage there will be leaflets and recommendations on the local area. Making a delicious start to your holiday, a welcome pack that includes bread and milk will be provided (this only applies to week bookings).

Pets

1 Small dog is welcome and details must be supplied on booking form. Your dog must not be allowed upstairs or on any furniture in any property and must be kept under strict control at all times. Please bring your own bedding and basket for your pet.

Cleaning

All properties are cleaned thoroughly between each let. However, as only a limited period of time is available to clean properties, it is a condition of your let that you leave the property as you found it, clean and tidy. Major breakages should be reported as soon as possible and paid for. Please also respect other occupiers in terms of levels of noise

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside any of the cottages.

Privacy

We take your personal information, for two purposes. Firstly to process your enquiry or booking and secondly to provide you with relevant information. It will not be passed on to any third party.

Complaints

It is of utmost importance to us that holidaymakers enjoy their holiday and every effort has been made to ensure this. However, in the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, please contact us immediately so that the opportunity to rectify the problem is given.
